After building up most of the file images I needed at the All-Ohio Championships, today I set out to try some new ideas. Here, I used monopod to raise my camera to the level of the pole vaulters.

Looking for a clean background for long jump, I gave the camera-on-a-stick another go, this time held above the sand pit.
