Today I shot Ohio’s 20-17 win over Ball State on the road in Muncie, Indiana. It was a sloppy game for both teams, especially on third down. Ohio was only able to convert four out of 14 times and Ball State converted four of 12. However, there is a bright side to the story: Ohio is now bowl-eligible.

After posting three straight wins to state MAC play, the ‘Cats took their first loss in the hands of Kent State at Peden Stadium on October 24, 2009. Due to the Bobcats playing Akron in football this weekend, I decided to drive home a day early to spend some time with my family. As I found out yesterday, today was the yearly meeting of my old high school’s football rivalry, Kent Roosevelt vs. Ravenna. Even though it was raining pretty hard the whole time, I had fun and definitely came away with a greater appreciation for the game. That, and bright stadium lights.
